Pneumatic Actuator
Our pneumatic actuator uses a dual rack-and-pinion design with an extra-wide base, manufactured in full compliance with ISO 5211 and with a NAMUR VDI/VDE 3845 top-plate for direct mounting of flameproof or weatherproof solenoid valves, limit switches and positioners without adapter kits.
The extruded aluminium alloy body is hard anodised for corrosion protection with a honed internal bore that reduces piston friction, while the anti-blow-out pinion is electroless nickel plated for wear resistance. Double-acting and spring-return (fail-safe) versions are built on the same platform across ten body sizes, 055 through 200.
