18 Months From Dispatch, 12 From Commissioning
Our electrical actuators and valves are warranted for 18 calendar months from the date of dispatch, or 12 calendar months from the date of commissioning — whichever is earlier — for any manufacturing defect. Rectifications and repairs during this period are carried out at our works, free of cost. This warranty does not cover equipment mishandling, damage caused by the customer's personnel, or damage in transit. Any variable cost, including a site visit, is not included in this warranty and will be intimated on request, payable in advance.
